Infrastructure

Our weaving facility contains 20 Traditional looms upto 60″ width, 10 Rapier looms upto 80″ width & 15 Airjet Picanol looms upto 123″ width for fabric production.

The company has its advantage of having its own weaving and sewing unit with 100 single needle sewing machine & additional speciality machines under a panel of selected technicians.

The dyeing unit is facilitated with reactive dyeing process and achieves washing fastness of 60 degree celsius. It has the capacity to handle 1.5 ton/day

Printing unit is equipped with Rotary and Table printing method, also includes digital printing which enables us to print cotton as well as polyester fabrics.

We have a total of 100 employees working in our factory and our employees are well experienced and knowledgable to handle home textile products.

Our factory having the capacity of 20,000 sq.ft with ground +3 stage building.

We are handling each floor as fabric storage, stitching including cutting. checking & packing, stuffing etc.,

We are having our own yarn dyeing fabric dyeing in Karur and weaving Factory in Namakkal, near Karur Tamil Nadu.
